I’ve tried plenty of other self-help courses, why would this one help me?

One of the missing ingredients in most self-help style courses is that don’t address the root cause; your subconscious programming. In order to have lasting results, you need to work with the subconscious mind, not just the conscious mind, because the subconscious is responsible for 90% of our thoughts, action and behaviours.

Unfortunately most styles of therapy – including the majority of psychology, counselling and life coaching – only address the conscious mind, which is responsible for just 10% of our results. Hence why the results people get from these types of courses is either limited or short-lived.

If you follow the process outlined in Remarkable Relationships and work through the learnings as designed, then you will see results. And fast! When you shift a limiting belief – which usually happens in just one sitting – your whole reality changes instantly. Imagine for a moment that you let go of the belief ‘I’m not good enough’. How would life be different if you believed you were good enough? That’s what you’ll experience after our first session together.

Why are limiting beliefs so detrimental to our wellbeing?

Our whole experience of life is based on our subconscious programming, which is primarily adopted between conception and age 7. It is this programming – this collection of ‘limiting beliefs’ – that shapes who we become and the results we get in life. Limiting beliefs lower our immunity, making the body more prone to illness. Limiting beliefs cause us to act and behave in certain ways which affect the quality of our relationships and the people we attract into our life.

Limiting beliefs lower our self-belief in a way that has us living in mediocrity, as opposed to believing in ourself enough to create the life we most desire. Limiting beliefs dictate our direction in life, and get in the way of us seeing the opportunities available for personal growth and transformation. When you start removing your own limiting beliefs it’ll feel like you’ve taken off the blindfold that has kept you in mediocrity.

Can’t I just learn this on my own?

It’s like when you learn a new program on a computer. You may be a technology genius, but when a new bit of software comes out, you need to be shown the most efficient way to use it. Our brains, just like computers, are complex. And unlike a computer, they don’t come with a manual. This course is your manual; a manual that will give you some useful techniques to get the program running at its optimum. The Remarkable Relationships course is essentially your manual for life.

Human beings are also creatures of habit, so simply knowing something isn’t enough to create the desired change. You need to embody the learning, and that requires being able to tune into your subconscious mind and change the programming to support your conscious wants and desires. Because we live in a very head-based ‘thinking’ world, most of us have disconnected from that part of ourselves, hence this course will teach you how to reconnect with your inner healer.

Is this course difficult? What if I don’t get it?

The concepts are simple. Simple and effective. The only difficulty you may face is committing to applying them. That is why you need to be ready to heal yourself before enrolling. You need to be willing to make time in your life to learn, and commit to applying what you learn. If you do this, then absolutely you will get it! If you’re really concerned about going it alone through the teachings, then you can enrol in the Immersion Package, which will give you three one-on-one sessions with a therapist and email support throughout the program. Please note: If you do want to work with me (Tamra) make sure you book early, as these places are very limited.

All of that said, I have infused this course with high vibe energy!! What does that mean? That by simply listening to the audio lessons and meditations, your beliefs around what you believe is possible for you will start to shift, so you can become an energetic match the goal you will set in lesson 1.  And if you have more than one goal you want – we all do, right? – once you learn how to apply these teachings to your first goal, you can go ahead and apply them to ALL the goals you have. In that way, your life will just continue to get better and better and better.

Please know that I don’t believe in therapy being monotonous or hard work. That is why I inject this course with a good dose of fun and laughter. Applying what you learn is designed to be enjoyable! Yes, some of it may seem a little daunting at times, but it is only when we challenge ourselves – when we step our of our comfort zone – that we can grow, and thus change our circumstances.

I’m nervous about doing the course…

Great! That means it’s out of your comfort zone and in order to grow we need to step (or sometimes leap) out of our comfort zone. Fear and nervousness about whether you should invest in yourself in such a big way is a normal part of the growth process. Simply ask yourself: Do I resonate with these teachings? Am I ready for more? And if you get a ‘yes’, then know that the fear is simply showing up to keep you in your comfort zone. To stop you from growing.

Most people who enrol in the course go through a period of feeling fearful of wasting their money or their time, yet every person who has followed the formula I share, has got the results they signed up for, and so much more. Not one person has regretted their decision to invest in themself. And I know for me personally, life wouldn’t be so rich and fulfilling, if I hadn’t applied these skills myself.

Do I get support from you, or is this course purely online content?

That depends on the package you sign up for. If you choose the Essentials Package, then you work through the content solo. If you choose the Immersion Package then you get 3 one-hour sessions with your therapist and three months of unlimited email support.

The 9 foundational weekly lessons, bonus content and meditations are all pre-recorded material that is online for you to work through at a time that best suits your lifestyle. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in group discussions on the private Facebook page.

How much time do I need to dedicate each week?

There is a one-hour lesson each week, plus you get homeplay tasks each week. Weeks will vary, but if you can allow at least a couple of hours a week for the homeplay tasks, then you’ll see results. Of course like anything in life – the more you establish a regular practice and the more time you put in and allow the audio lessons to play in the background of your life – the more you will get out of the course. What you will also find, is as you clear the beliefs, you will find life starts to flow in a way that gives you more time.

What if I don’t have enough time to commit to the course fully? 

We all have the same amount of time, it is only limiting beliefs that make us believe otherwise. Once you start removing the limiting beliefs that are keeping you in the ‘I don’t have time’ cycle, then like magic, you will start to notice you have not only enough time to complete the course homeplay, but more time for yourself in general. This course is designed to make your life easier, not harder.

What you’ll also find is most people waste a lot of time. Not consciously, but when you start to clear the beliefs that have your procrastinate, doing tasks in a way that is more timely then they need to be, or following the wrong leads, time will quite literally come out of thin air for you. When you have the ability to tune into yourself, you’re able to make decisions from a place of ‘knowing’ what is best for you, as opposed from ‘guessing’.

An example of this is: You have 10 jobs you want to apply for, how do you know which one is best for YOU? You tune in (like I will teach you) on which job will make you the happiest, and you tune in on the answers you need to put in your application to ensure the job is yours. This is how life flows when you have the ability to ‘know’ what is best for you.

Will my problems comes back?

Not if you apply all you learn in the course. The techniques you will learn take you back to the root cause of your pain. Once there, you are able to gather the learnings required to gain a new understanding of the event so you can move on from it, so much stronger. You will feel empowered by every experience you have gone through in your life and this is what will propel you into the sky of opportunities. So as long as you allow these teachings to become a new way of life, no the problems won’t get back. Instead, life will only continue to get better and better. Far better than you can even conceive of right now.

Does it matter where I live?

Not at all. People worldwide take part in this course. As long as you have a computer and the internet you can access ALL the lessons. When we do your one-on-one sessions you can either do them via phone or Zoom.

I can’t afford to pay for the course. Is there a way I can still do this?

Who is this course NOT for? 

This course is NOT for people who don’t want to leave their comfort zone. In order to grow and create change in your life, you need to be willing to get mentally and emotionally naked. Remember, you’ve been operating one way for a very long time, so when you start to step our of your comfort zone it can be unsettling and you are likely to feel resistance. You may be feeling resistance right NOW! So if you’re not willing to have a few feathers ruffled, then please do not sign up.
