Shipping Information

Please read the below shipping information before contacting us if you have concerns about your parcel.

Shipping Times

All books are shipped from New South Wales, Australia, while all Jade Eggs and dental floss are shipping from Adelaide, Australia. If you wish to purchase both you will need to do two seperate orders, as we cannot do combined shipping. Thanks for understanding.

We send all parcels via Australia Post. Parcels are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays at 8am AEST. Your parcel will be shipped on the Monday or Thursday following your order (whichever day falls first). In the case of Monday or Thursday falling on an Australian public holiday, your parcel will be sent the next business day.

You will not receive any correspondence from us to say that your parcel has been sent. If you are checking online for the status of your parcel, it will remain marked as ‘processing’ regardless of whether it has been sent. Please trust that your order was sent on the Monday or Thursday following the placement of your order.

If you are ordering ‘regular post’ within Australia please allow up to two weeks once shipped, for your parcel to arrive. If outside of Australia, please allow up to three weeks once shipped before contacting us to track your package. If you require your package sooner than this time, please consider ordering Express Post.

Email Confirmation

You should receive an email receipt from Getting Naked within 10 minutes of placing your order. If this does not arrive in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder, as sometimes they can end up there. If there is no receipt there either, please contact us immediately to ensure we received your order.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are sent with discreet packaging. The return address label on the back will simply say:

Incorrect Postal Address

Should you provide an incorrect postal address please email us immediately with the correct one so we can change it before shipment. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect postal address.

Courier Post

Should you be ordering a parcel to an address that requires a courier service, as opposed to a postal service, please select the courier option at checkout. We send through Australia Post and cannot be responsible for a parcel if you have not chosen the correct postal method for your address.

Orders outside of Australia

If ordering from outside of Australia, please allow up to three weeks for your parcel to arrive if selecting ‘International Economy Air’. Please note that when ordering via ‘International Economy Air’, that there is no way of tracking this package through Australia Post. If you require tracking, please select a different postage option, and we will send your tracking number to you.
