Infertility: How to conceive naturally

Tamra MerciecaSexual Health2 Comments

When it comes to infertility the stats really are shocking, with 12% of women of childbearing age unable to conceive.

If that wasn’t scary enough, one in three women over 35 are deemed infertile.

The great news is, it doesn’t have to be that way.

No matter what your diagnosis, or how long you’ve been struggling to get pregnant, you CAN become fertile.

The body is capable of reversing infertility naturally – without needing to go for an expensive hit of IVF – if you have the right tools and insights on hand.

Infertility, like any disease or illness, is simply a sign that something physical – but ultimately mental – needs to be healed.

Believe it or not, stress is the number one destroyer of fertility.

Stress wreaks havoc on the body, and let’s be honest, do you really want to bring a baby into a stressed environment?

Given how susceptible little ones are, especially when they’re incubating in the womb, you want them to be enjoying the most relaxed atmosphere possible.

So it goes without saying, in order to overcome infertility, first you need to clear up your stress.

Remove stress from your life.

If you’re living a busy, go go go lifestyle, what can you change in order to more zen?

Perhaps you need to cut back on work, jump on your meditation pillow each day, and start playing with your Jade Egg.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I’m a HUGE fan of the Jade Egg.

Aside from the myriad of health and pleasure benefits, the Jade Egg is one of the first things I recommend to women having trouble conceiving.

Using the Jade Egg regularly – at last three times a week – is essential to getting proper blood flow into the pelvis and uterus.

It also helps balance out your hormones, draw trauma out of the vaginal tissue and heal any vaginal interruptions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome or endometriosis, hence readying the vagina for conception.

Because the Jade Egg practice is so nurturing, it also helps you relax more.

Spending time with your Jade Egg will help transform stress into vitality, and get you reconnected with your feminine nature and your own sensuality.

Many women are so removed from their femininity – living a very masculine life – that their body isn’t responding to their feminine calling.

The Jade Egg practice helps you come home to your femininity so that your body can do what it is designed to do.

To read more about the Jade Egg – how it works and why it’s so great for all woman – jump over to my page explaining more.

It also includes interview on how I used the Jade Egg to heal my cervix of pre-cancerous cells.

By learning to relax, make healthy choices that create more ease and openness in your body, and by practising regularly with your Jade Egg you will create the space for your lady parts to heal.

For some women they will need to look deeper at the mental and emotional causes of the infertility.

Any emotional gunk carried over from our own upbringing, will get in the way of you getting pregnant.

I’ve worked with many women, helping clearing out their subconscious conditioning, all of which have been able to conceive by the end of our ten-session program.

If you have any fears around being a mother – and these fears aren’t always conscious – they can create infertility.

What’s also super important in overcoming infertility is to remove the pressure from getting pregnant.

Pressure creates stress.

Stress stops the body working properly.

Create a physical environment that will support a child coming into your life.

Don’t say we’ll start eating better or doing more exercise or having more time for yourself once baby’s here.

Start NOW.

Act as if.

Stop putting your life on hold until you have a baby.

Have fun and enjoy life NOW!

I really can’t say that enough.

The energy you have – as in the happiness and contentment vibe you’re putting out – plays a massive role in healing the body so it can conceive.

A happy mind creates a healthy body.

The more pressure you put on yourself to get pregnant, the more stressed you’ll feel and this is counter-productive to getting pregnant.

So live, laugh, play and relax, and before you know it, baby will be here!

    1. Thanks for getting in touch Ruchi. The Jade Egg is a beautiful tool in helping to awaken, heal and reconnect us with our sexual organs, and thus facilitate pregnancy. I teach this in depth inside the Yoga for the Vagina online series, so I would recommend taking a peek at that. You can read more at http://www.yogaforthevagina.com

What’s important to understand about overcoming infertility, is that you need to take both a physical approach and an emotional approach to healing. And this is where the online series is great because it guides you through physical practices in a way that helps you clear the stuck emotions and mental blockages that are creating an inability to get pregnant. It also has many practices and educational worksheets that will guide you on how to make subtle changes in your lifestyle to support becoming pregnant. I hope that helps xx
