Money can put a real strain on you and your loved ones.

It can leave us desperate to find an answer so we can lift the financial burden.

And perhaps you have no idea why you’ve always had money issues; why you’re still struggling to make ends meet.

If this is you, you’re certainly not alone.

Many people in today’s world experience money stress.

As soon as it comes, out, off it goes again, leaving you feeling anxious and under pressure.

Before you know it the financial burden is affecting all of your relationships.

Why is that?

We can trace back these money issues to our childhood.

As a child we are programmed, so to speak, and we take on all the limiting beliefs (which are stored in the subconscious mind – hence why we’re often not aware of them) of our parents, teachers and carers.

Now if they had a negative relationship with money, chances are you will mimic their money patterns.

So how do you change it?

There is a simple formula.

The Five Steps to Financial Freedom:

STEP 1: is abundance thinking.

This is where we get your conscious mind focusing on what you want to create.

But instead of focusing on the dollar amount, focus on what it is the money will give you.

None of us really want money, we want what money can buy.

When you focus on the actual thing, be it security, travel or a fancy car, you allow it to come into your life by other means.

STEP 2: You need to get your subconscious mind sorted because it’s responsible for 90% of your thoughts, actions and behaviours.

If you’re life is crappy that’s great, because it’s showing you exactly what negative beliefs you took on as a child.

This where you either work with a therapist or do a course that teaches you how to remove these limiting beliefs so you can install some positive programming that will support you in creating financial wealth.

If for example you had a belief that ‘You can’t trust the rich’, then every time you got money, you would get rid of, either by going on a big splurge or investing in the wrong venture.

Why?

Because you don’t want to be untrustworthy.

Once you have you conscious mind aligned with your subconscious mind, there is no conflict.

STEP 3: Is follow your passions and get creative.

The rich invent money.

They’re NOT competitive.

Why would you want to offer the same service or product as the next Jo Smith.

Why not explore all the things that YOU love, and create a product or service that is unique.

It’s a businesses unique attributes that are its selling points.

STEP 4: Action is where the magic happens.

This is where you brainstorm a list of actions of strategies required for your make your goal or intended outcome, come into fruition.

Take all the actions steps you can to bring your money goal to life.

Don’t just sit around complaining about your situation.

Actually get out there and take actions.

And if you find those actions didn’t work as planned, then take new actions.

STEP 5: Finally, you need to surrender.

When you surrender, you remove attachment from the need to have the thing you desire.

This is about saying, I’ve put in my order, all the wheels are in motion to create it, now I can trust that when the timing is right, it will come to me.
