Let me introduce you to the subconscious mind…

How do you feel when an ‘error’ pops up on your computer screen?

Frustrated? Annoyed? Shitty?

When our computer stops working the way it’s meant to, stopping us getting done what we wish to complete, it can be really… well…

Much like life really!

Everyday we have little ‘error’ signs popping up; challenges and obstacles getting in the way of the results we’d like.

In that respect we really are like a computer.

And we actually get programmed, like a computer, on how to think, act and behave.

From the moment we are conceived up until age of seven we form beliefs about ourself and the world around us, modeled on the big people around us; so our parents, our carers and our teachers.

And these beliefs form our mental programming.

Problem is, if you’ve been programmed with ‘struggle’ and ‘lack’ and ‘pain’ then no matter what you try to do, you will keep experiencing struggle, lack and pain in your life.

Why?

Because our mind has two parts: The conscious mind and the subconscious mind.

We’ve been taught to use our conscious mind to get us through life.

We think a lot, we make decisions, we analyse, we jump to conclusions with our conscious mind.

For most people it feels like the conscious mind is all there is – why wouldn’t it be, when it’s what we are conscious of?

But scientists claim that the conscious mind is only responsible for 10% of our thoughts, actions and behaviours.

10%!

So what about the other 90%?

The subconscious mind looks after the rest.

Problem is, while the subconscious mind houses every past life experience, every memory, every skill, every belief we’ve taken on about ourselves, most people have no idea how to access that storehouse of data.

Now because the subconscious mind accepts everything it’s told without argument, you can imagine how much gunky stuff it’s taken on over the years.

And it’s this gunky stuff that becomes our programming.

All those unhealthy habits we have, all that negative mind-chatter that simply won’t switch off?
That’s all housed in the subconscious mind.

So you know those undesired circumstances you find yourself in?

It’s all driven by the programming in your subconscious.

The common enemy we all have is our programming, but the great news is, with the right tools and techniques you can change the programming.

You can take more control over your life.

You can program your life for love, happiness, abundance and pleasure.

This is the core of the work I do.

I teach people how to change the programming so they can experience the results they most desire.

I share more here about how the subconscious mind affects our life and the results we get…

Life isn’t meant to be a faulty computer with ‘errors’ popping up all the time.

Life is meant to run smoothly with opportunities for learning and growth.

If you’d like to learn more about the subconscious mind, have a listen to this 1-hour audio where I go into a lot more detail.

You can learn to access the other 90% of your brain’s capacity.

And when you do, life is full of miracles, magic and meaning.
